Relative to Memorandum Circular No. 3 defining the warzone areas and their corresponding premium pays, the coordinates bounding the area from Al Farisiyah Lighthouse are hereby corrected to read "Lat 28 00'N Long.  50 10'Min." instead of "Lat. 28 00'N Long.  50 52'E as are now defined in said Memorandum Circular No. 3.
