Effective immediately all passengers departing for abroad shall be required to present to the Director of Quarantine or his representatives their certificates of immunization within one hour before their departure.  Examinations of passengers and their immunization certificates shall be made at the quarantine examination room at the old and new terminals of the Manila International Airport for aircraft passengers. Steamship passengers shall be examined on board vessels.  Schedule of examinations shall be arranged by steamship agents with the Bureau of Quarantine.

Airline and shipping companies are hereby required to notify the Bureau of Quarantine at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure of their carriers from Manila.
