Pursuant to the recommendation of the Presidential Middle East Preparedness Committee/Inter-Agency Task Force on Iraq and in consultation with the Department of Foreign Affairs, the processing of employment contracts and deployment of Overseas Filipino Workers to Iraq shall be resumed on a selective basis.

The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration shall issue the appropriate guidelines for the effective implementation of this Order.

This Order shall take effect 01 July 2004.
