AMENDING THE REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR THE SERVICES RENDERED BY THE LABORATORY SERVICES DIVISION OF THE BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 197 directing all Departments, Bureaus, Commissions, Agencies, Offices and Instrumentalities of the National Government including government-owned or controlled corporations to increase rates of fees and charges by not less than 20 percent, the following shall be imposed by the Laboratory Services Division of the Bureau of Animal Industry for services rendered.

Veterinary Biological Product Permit (Standardization quality control testing for the issuance of permits for imported or locally manufactured biological)
Section IV. Repealing Clause - This circular supersedes all other orders and/or circulars issued inconsistent herewith.
Section VII. The revised rates on fees and charges shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in newspaper of general circulation.
