Pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of Republic Act No. 123 and Section 22 of the Quarantine Regulations, the following requirements are hereby promulgated for compliance of all concerned:

1.       No cargo manifested as used clothing or apparel, rags, and remnants shall be allowed entry without disinfection certificates issued from its port of origin accompanying such cargo.

2.       Any cargo of this nature without such certificate shall be disinfected prior to its release.
