Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 of Republic Act No. 123, the quarantine anchorage in the Puerto Princesa Harbor, Port of Puerto Princesa, Palawan, is hereby designated with the coordinates, rules and regulations stipulated hereunder.

1.  Coordinates - A quarantine anchorage in the Puerto Princesa Harbor is hereby designated with the coordinates as follows:

Longitude 118 42'58"E
Latitude 09 44'8"N

2.  Rules and Regulations

a. All vessels arriving and bound for the port of Puerto Princesa subject to quarantine inspection shall drop anchor within the limits of this anchorage, fly the quarantine flag and await quarantine inspection.

b. A vessel subject to quarantine may not be allowed to leave the quarantine anchorage until given a pratique by the Quarantine Medical Officer.
