In view of the limited time for taxi operators, whose franchises will only expire this year 2000 to have their respective taxi units comply with Memorandum Circular No. 2000-002 Re: TAXI COLOR, the Board hereby gives the above-subject operators a one (1) year counted from the date of the issuance of the decision. After the expiration of the said one year period, no extension for validity of Certificates of Public Convenience shall be issued, unless they comply with Memorandum Circular 2000-002.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
