Anent to Memorandum Circular No. 12 dated 7 May 1987, on the hiring of female domestic helpers and related skills, Section 4 of said Circular is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Section 4. The requirement for the submission of individual authenticated and verified employment contracts shall not apply to the following workers processing through the Balik-Mangagawa Assistance Center (BMAC):

1. those on vacation but recontracted by the same employer;
   
   
2. those who are able to secure new employment contract with another employer while the worker is at worksite."
