DESIGNATION OF AN ADDITIONAL QUARANTINE ANCHORAGE IN MANILA HARBOR
1. Boundaries - An additional quarantine anchorage in the Manila Harbor is hereby designated, the boundaries of which are as follows: An area of two (2) square miles, one (1) mile West, one (1) mile East, one-half ( ) mile North and one-half ( ) mile South, all reckoned from the center which has the coordinates as follows:
Longitude 120 53' 45" East
Latitude 14 36' 20" North
2. Rules and Regulations -
a. All vessels arriving and bound for the Manila International Container Terminal subject to quarantine inspection shall drop anchor within the limits of this anchorage, fly the quarantine flag and await quarantine inspection.
b. A vessel subject to quarantine may not be allowed to leave the quarantine anchorage until given a pratique by the Quarantine Officer.
