The Commission on Immigration and Deportation per Law Instructions No. 30 issued on June 7., 1988, requires all foreign nationals who are holders of temporary visitor visas and will come to the Philippines to conduct recruitment activities to secure a special work permit from the said Commission, otherwise they will be subject to arrest for violation of tourist visa conditions.

The following are the requirements of the said government agency for the issuance of said special work permit:

1.         Letter request addressed to the Commissioner

2.         Application Form

3.         Bio-data of Applicant

4.         SEC Certificate

5.         Articles of Incorporation & By-Laws

6.         Xerox copies of Applicants Passport
