As an added measure to prevent the premature deterioration of the rehabilitated pier facilities of North Harbor, Section 5.3 of PPA Administrative Order No. 18-95 is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 5.3.        Areas Beyond the Working Aprons at the Slips - Container (loaded or empty) may be stacked at a maximum of two-layer high.

All other provisions of PPA Administrative Order Nos. 18-95 and 05-96 shall remain in force.

This Order takes effect immediately.
