ADDENDUM TO INSURANCE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1-96, PRESCRIBING REVISED LIMITS OF LIABILITY, SCHEDULE OF INDEMNITIES AND PREMIUM RATES FOR THE COMPULSORY MOTOR VEHICLE LIABILITY INSURANCE (CMVLI) COVERS
