For submitting construction method in narrative form that are identical to each other having been both prepared by the same Engr. Gregorio B. Alenton, in the bidding of the following projects, to wit:

a)      Asphalting of Kitactao Municipal Street;

b)      Asphalting of Sumilao Municipal Street;

c)      Asphalting of Don Carlos Municipal Street;

d)      Asphalting of Pangantucan Municipal Street;

e)      Asphalting of Kibawe Municipal Street;

f)       Asphalting of Malaybalay Municipal Street; and

g)      Asphalting of San Fernando Municipal Street;

all in the province of Bukidnon, which act is indicative of an intention to defeat the purpose of public bidding, Belyca Construction, Inc. as well as its officers and stockholders and G.B. Alenton Construction are hereby suspended/blacklisted for a period of one (1) year, effective immediately, from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies pursuant to Item 3A of IB 10.5 (formerly Item B(3), IB 2.5) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations, as amended, of P.D. 1594.
