For the information and guidance of all concerned, the following hereto attached Cus toms Administrative Orders (CAO):

1. CAO No. 1-94 which increases to P250.00 the customs fee for each original Import Entry for Internal Revenue Declaration (Formal and Informal Entries);

2. CAO No. 2-94 which imposes a fee of P2,000.00 per TEU for containers processed under GREEN LANE for CARGO CLEARANCE; and

3. CAO No. 3-94 which imposes:

1. Registration Fee of P1.000.00 for participation in BOC public auction sales,
   
   
2. Laboratory Fees for services rendered by the Customs Laboratory Unit,
   
   
3. Processing Fee ranging from P100.00 to P1,500.00 on ordinary claim for refund, and
   
   
4. New selling prices of accountable forms;

were all published on March 21, 1994 in The Manila Chronicle and on March 22. 1994 in Malaya Accordingly, CAO Nos. 1-94. 2-94 and 3-94 will take effect on April 7. 1994.
