[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8138, July 16, 1995 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONCEPCION, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CONCEPCION VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established a vocational school in the Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Tarlac, to be known as the Concepcion Vocational School, under the supervision of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.

SEC. 2. The school curriculum shall give emphasis on agriculture, vocational and technical training, science and technology education.

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
