"RESOLVED, FURTHER, That, the said increase will be used to defray the costs of the proposed renovation and maintenance works at the airport in order to upgrade MIAA ™s facilities at par with international standards."

"RESOLVED, FURTHERMORE, That, Part IV, Section 2 (Use of VIP Lounge) of A.O. No. 1, series of 1990, is hereby amended accordingly."

That, the foregoing Resolution is, still in full force and effect, and has not been repealed, amended, or modified as of this date.
