In the interest of public convenience, speedy and inexpensive disposition of Contested Applications/Petitions for Issuance of Certificate of Public Convenience to operate either PUJ or PUB services or any other mode of Public Land Transportation Services, the Regional Managers of the Regional Offices of the Land Transportation Services, the Regional Managers of the Regional Offices of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) are hereby directed to hear and receive all evidence in support of aforesaid contested cases and thereafter forward its case records together with the Memoranda of Applicant/s and Oppositors, as well as the Stenographic Notes duly transcribed of the hearings conducted, to this Board for its judicious resolution.

All Orders/Memoranda issued in conflict herewith are hereby deemed superseded.
