RADIO FREQUENCY BAND ALLOCATIONS FOR THE USE OF WIRELESS LOCAL LOOP FOR LOCAL EXCHANGE SERVICE
Pursuant to RA 7925 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, the Commission hereby promulgates the following:
1. The following radio frequency bands are hereby re allocated for the use of the wireless local loop (WLL) for local exchange service:
and shall be governed by rule 603 of MC 3-3-96.-1880 -1920MHz
-1710-1720/1805-1815MHz
-1850-1860/1930-1940 MHz
-3425-3442/3475-3492 MHz
2. The following radio frequency bands are also allocated for the use of WLL for local exchange service where available and on a non-interference basis:
3. A duly franchised and authorized local exchange carrier may apply for the use of any of the above listed radio frequencies for WLL applications in their authorized local exchange service areas.-360-365/370-375 MHz

4. The Commission shall determine the radio frequency requirements for each applicant taking into consideration its authorized areas and existing demand and the capacity of the LEC network.
5. Each LEC operator shall have the option to choose any WLL technology within the allocated band using type approved/accepted radio equipment.
6. Authorized Cellular Mobile Telephone System (CMTS) operators shall be allowed to use their CMTS frequencies for the WLL applications within their LEC authorized areas.
7. The above-allocated radio spectrum for WLL shall be for fixed local telephone service use only and shall not be used for mobile services.
This circular may be revised, revoked or amended as may be necessary in accordance with law and shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation and three (3) certified copies furnished the UP Law Center.
