Effective immediately the minimum prices per grade/kilo of Native (Dark) Cigar leaf tobacco for the Provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Ifugao and Quirino (Region II) are as follows:

High Grade P26.00     (Primera, Segunda,
Tercera, Quarta Superior)           Middle Grade       M-1
(Quarta Buena, Quarta
Corriente, Quinta Buena) P20.00         M-2 P16.00     (Quarta Contrata, Quinta Contrata)           Low Grade P7.00     (Sexta A, Quinta Retono)    

This Memorandum Circular is being issued pursuant to the regulatory powers of the National Tobacco Administration under Executive Order No. 245 and after a Tripartite Conference with all sectors concerned which was conducted on February 20, 1992 in Ilagan, Isabela.

All concerned are enjoined to observe strictly the aforesaid floor farm-gate prices of Native (Dark) cigar leaf tobacco grown in Region II, crop 1992.
