Pursuant to the Resolution of DOTC Secretary Jesus B. Garcia, Jr., dated 20 December 1995, granting the Petition of the Philippine Postal Corporation for an increase of postage of domestic ordinary mail, the postage rate of the same is hereby revised from P2.00 to P4.00 for every 20 grams or fraction thereof, effective 08 January 1996.

All orders, circulars, and other issuances of this Office concerning postage rate of domestic ordinary mail are hereby superseded or modified accordingly.
