In order to safeguard the welfare of Filipino workers bound to Israel and upon the recommendation of the Philippine Embassy in Tel-Aviv, a war risk insurance of not less than P100,000 shall be provided by the employer for all Israel-bound Filipino workers until such time that a comprehensive peace settlement is reached by Israel with all its neighboring countries, particularly Syria and Lebanon.
