In view of the rescission of the contract of F.F. Ma acop Construction Co., Inc. for the Gravel Surfacing of the East and West Main Dikes, Sta. 1+340 to Sta. 8+200 and Sta. 1+040 to Sta. 8+450 and Road Dike Embankment and Gravel Surfacing, Sta. 0+000 to Sta. 0+500, Manggahan Floodway Project (Package I) from Rosario, Pasig, Metro Manila to Bangyad, Taytay, Rizal, the said F.F. Ma acop Construction Co., Inc. and its officers/stockholders are hereby suspended, effective immediately, for a period of one (1) year from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies.

In addition, since this F.F. Ma acop Construction Co., Inc. is liable for the difference in the cost of completing the project vis-a-vis its original contract cost, all concerned are hereby ordered not to release any sum of money to the firm without prior clearance from the Secretary.
