Pursuant to Executive Order No. 197 dated January 13, 2000 entitled œDirecting All Departments, Bureaus, Commissions, Agencies, Offices and Instrumentalities of the National Government Including Government Owned and Controlled Corporations to Increase Their Rates of Fees and Charges By Not Less Than 20 Percent , PITC ™s SOCPEC Processing Fees are hereby increased as follows:

I.          Applications covering an import/export value of less than US$50,000

a.    Involving only one product/item :               P1,000
b.    For every additional item:                          P  100

II.          Applications covering an import/export value of US$50,000 - US$99,999.99

a.    Involving only one product/item:                P1,500
b.    For every additional item:                          P  100

III.         Applications covering an import/export value of US$100,000 and above

a.    Involving only one product/item:                P2,000
b.    For every additional item:                          P  100

IV.        Additional Charge for each amendment:   P  400

The above fees shall be subject to VAT and shall take effect on April 3, 2000.
