In compliance with Executive Order No. 197, Series of 2000, attached herewith is the 2001 Revised Schedule of Fees^[*] which was approved by the Board on 19 September 2001.

The above was published in the Philippine Star on 05 December 2001, and, in accordance with the provisions of law, shall take effect fifteen (15) days from its date of publication.
