In view of the stable peace and order situation prevailing in the Gulf and neighboring regions, the deployment of Filipino workers to the northwestern areas of Saudi Arabia, including those bordering Iraq and Kuwait, is hereby resumed.

Further, the deployment of household workers to the abovecited areas is limited to high government officials of Saudi Arabia and diplomats residing thereat.
