The Department of Foreign Affairs has informed POEA that the Libyan General National Maritime Company for Transportation has announced the resumption of ferry services between Malta and Libya starting January 1, 1996. Ticketing Officers in Libya have resumed their operations and Filipino OCWs bound for Libya may now use the Malta-Libya route.

This Circular supersedes Memorandum Circular No. 69, Series of 1995.
