In response to the request of the different sectors in the entertainment industry, the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration will hold a forum on the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R. A. 8042 otherwise known as The Migrant Workers' Act on 15, February 1996. In this connection, all interested accredited training centers and licensed agencies deploying entertainers are advised to see and notify Ms. Paz Bermisa, Manpower Registry Division, Ground Floor, POEA at telephone number 722-11-72 not later than 07 February 1996.
