To streamline the processing of requests for reprocessing and pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. _____ Series of 1996 (Re Deployment Monitor on Processed Workers/Surrender of Expired OECs), all concerned agencies/entities are required to report promptly to the Employment Contract Processing Branch (ECPB) or concerned Units issuing OECs OEC loss/es.

There shall be no re-issuance in the case of lost OECs. Agency/Balik-Manggagawa with lost OEC shall pay full travel tax.

Expired OEC/s will no longer be eligible for reprocessing.

For strict compliance effective 1 February 1996.
