The Department of Labor and Immigration of the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) through the Philippine Consulate in Saipan informed POEA that the Department has scheduled the increase in minimum wage to $3.05 per hour for 1996. In the meantime, the minimum wage remains at $2.75 per hour until 01 July 1996.
