RESOLVED, that pursuant to Executive Order No. 159 and DOF-DBM Joint Circular 2-94, the revision of the schedule of fees currently imposed by PEA for its services in the processing of applications for reclamation projects, titling of reclaimed lands, foreshore lease and miscellaneous sales application clearance, be as it is hereby approved, as follows:

  Proposed     1. Titling & Management Fee P50,000.00     2. Filing Fee for Requests for MSA & FLA Clearance 500.00     3. Clearance Fee for FLA 3% of the assessed value of the property including proposed improvements but not lower than P10,500 plus out-of-pocket expenses     4. Clearance Fee for MSA 6% of the assessed value of the property including proposed improvements but not lower than P21,000 plus out-of-pocket expenses     5. Filing Fee for new reclamation project proposals P10,000 plus travel and out-of-pocket expenses during site inspection

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the provisions of PEA Board Resolution No. 1004, Series of 1993, except as herein modified, shall remain in effect.
