Please be informed that the Philracom Board, in its meeting on February 23, 2001, resolved to approve the amendment via addition to AUTHENTICATION of Section 67 of the Racing Rules - REGISTRATION FEES - the inspection of suspended horses and the issuance of related clearances certifying that said horses are fit to participate in the races with a fee of P100.00 per horse.

This rule shall take effect fifteen days after publication.
