ABOLITION OF THE EXPRESS PROCESSING IN THE RELEASE OF SHIPMENT AS PER CMO NO. 45-88 AND MCMO NO. 11-88
In view of the implementation of the red, yellow and green lanes to extend to Non-SGS-Covered shipments, CMO No 45-88 and MCMO 11-88 is hereby revoked to abolish the Express Processing in the Release of Shipment (EPRS) scheme.
This order takes effect immediately.
