Entries for incoming shipments of Petron must be accompanied by a certification that entries of previous importations have already been filed and full payment of duties and taxes, if any, have been made within the prescribed period of ten (10) days from date of discharge of shipment.

A logbook on all importations of Petron should be maintained containing the following information:

(1)   Name of vessel
(2)   Date of arrival of vessel
(3)   Commodity description
(4)   Quantity per Bill of Lading
(5)   Actual quantity received per Survey Report
(6)   Completion of Discharge
(7)   Payment details
a.)   Cash Collection/IEIRD SN/Date
b.)   Tax Credit/BCOR/Date
(8)   Date of Final Liquidation
(9)   ACOS Reference No.
