Pursuant to the powers vested in the Dangerous Drugs Board under Section 36(a) of Republic Act No. 6425, as amended, the following drug preparation is hereby classified regulated drug:

EUCALYPTINE CAPSULES CONTAINING 492 MGS. OF CODEINE PER 100 GRAMS.

As herein construed, EUCALYPTINE Capsules otherwise exceeding the limitations of Board Regulation No 1, series of 1973 are also considered dangerous drugs within the contemplation of Republic Act No. 6425, as amended.

This Regulation supplements Board Regulation No. 6, series of 1972 and shall take effect immediately.
