On the basis of the formal recommendation of Ambassador Jose S. Brillantes, Philippine Embassy, Malaysia, exemption from the minimum age requirement of twenty five (25) years for all female household worker is hereby granted to those who are already in Malaysia and are participating in the regularization program.

This Order takes effect immediately
