AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 94-763 PRESCRIBING THE REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES OF THE AIR TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (ATO) FOR ALTERNATE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS AND NATIONAL AIRPORTS AS AMENDED^[*]

Pursuant to Section 3 (4), Chapter 1, Title XV and Section 7, Chapter 2, Book 4 of Executive Order No. 292 otherwise known as the Administrative Code of 1987, the pertinent sections of Department Order 94-763 are hereby amended as follows:

Section 3, Part IX is hereby amended to read as follows:

PART IX - CONCESSION PRIVILEGE FEES

Sec. 3.         Manner of Payment - Concession privilege fees shall be paid on a yearly basis payable at the execution of the contract and subject to the provisions of Secs. 2 and 3, Part XIII hereof.

Section 1 (a), Part XIII is hereby amended to read as follows:

PART XIII - PAYMENT

Sec. 1.         Manner of Payment

a.       Rental charges and concession privilege fees prescribed herein shall be paid on a yearly basis payable at the execution of the contract unless provided otherwise in the subsequent section.

All provisions, orders, rules and regulations or part thereof, inconsistent with or contrary to any provisions of this Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its last publication in a newspaper of general circulation once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks.
