Section 4-d of Administrative Order No. 85-005, Rules and Regulations Governing the Accreditation of Physicians by the Land Transportation Office is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 4-d œ He shall charge professional fees from each Driver ™s License applicant based on the following classification:

1)Class A Municipality        [P30.00]         P50.00
  Class B Municipality         [P20.00]         P40.00
  Class C Municipality         [P10.00]         P30.00
  Metro Manila and Cities    [P50.00]         P50.00

An official receipt shall be issued by the Accredited Physician for attachment to the Medical Certificate.

This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in newspaper of general circulation.
