Upon the recommendation of the Philippine Embassy in Tripoli, all agencies with principals/employers hiring Filipino workers for Algeria, Tunisia, Malta, Mali, Niger and Chad are advised to require their principals to inform the Philippine Embassy in Tripoli of the project. The embassy shall conduct an inspection of the jobsite prior to allowing the deployment of workers.

This order takes effect immediately.
