The PPA Board of Directors, on its meeting held on December 10, 1998, approved a twenty (20%) percent increase in all arrastre charges and special services for containers/containerized cargoes handled at South Harbor and MICT (except foreign transhipment containers). The ten (10%) percent shall take effect on January 15, 1999 and the balance of ten (10%) percent will be implemented after review thereof by the Board.

This circular shall be published at least once in two newspapers of general circulation prior to its implementation.
