WHEREAS, in a memorandum dated 15 January 1998, the management of Davao Fish Port Complex (DFPC) requested for authority to increase their port fees after due consultation with their clients;

WHEREAS, the Operations Management Department and the Assistant General Manager favorably endorsed the request of Davao Fish Port Complex for an increase in their port fees;

WHEREAS, the Executive Committee considers this recommendation acceptable and reasonable under the circumstances.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved upon motion duly seconded that this body approved and confirmed as it hereby approves and confirms the increase in the port fees of Davao Fish Port Complex, as follows:
