Pursuant to Department Order No. 4 (Series of 1997) and in view of the ongoing regularization program for undocumented Filipino workers in Malaysia, all female household workers already in Malaysia and are participating in the regularization program who fall short of the minimum age requirement of twenty five (25) years, are hereby granted exemption from said requirement.

This order takes effect immediately.
