Pursuant to the powers vested in the Dangerous Drugs Board under Section 36(a) and Section 40 of Republic Act No. 6425, as amended, the following drugs are hereby classified as Regulated Drugs:

1.            Fencamfamin Hcl (Reactivan)

2.            Fenethylline Hcl (Captagon)

This Regulation supplements Board Regulation No. 6, Series of 1972 and shall take effect after the completion of its publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation.
