INCLUSION OF DMA, PMA, TMA, DOET, MMDA, AND MDMA IN THE LIST OF DANGEROUS DRUGS



SECTION 1.       In accordance with the decision (S-IX) of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, and pursuant to Section 36(a), Article VIII, in relation to Section 2(e), Article I and Section 40, Article X of Republic Act No. 6425, as amended, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of the following substances, including its salts, isomers (whether optical, position, or geometric), and salts of isomers whenever the existence of such salts, isomers, and salts of isomers is possible within the specific chemical designation by whatever official name, common or usual name, chemical name or brand name designated, is classified as Dangerous Drugs and further categorized as Prohibited Drugs:

SECTION 2.       This regulation shall take effect fifteen (15) days after completion of its publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation.
