RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, that the proposed the 2004 Revised Schedule of Fees and Schedule of Fines and Guidelines for Its Imposition, attached as Annex A^* and forming an integral part thereof, be APPROVED, as it hereby approved.
