A facsimile of each of the aforedescribed posters is attached and made part of this circular. [Note:not included here, but available upon request]
In connection with this requirement, the Department of Health is herewith providing these specified posters to support drug outlets compliance.
All Food and Drug Inspectors are therefore directed to serve all drug outlets a copy of this circular and provide them each of the four posters prescribed.
This circular does not preclude the drug outlets from posting relevant information as part of their mandated duty to inform buyers about generic names of drugs. Instead, drug outlets are encouraged to educate the public about the proper use of drugs in general and the use of generic names in particular.
