For your information and guidance, attached is a copy, transmitted to BSP by the Kagawaran ng Ugnayang Panlabas, of Executive Order No. 275 dated 30 August 2000 entitled "Directing the Committee on Scientific and Technical Cooperation with Socialist Countries to Delete the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from the List of Countries Covered by Letter of Instructions No. 444 ". Philippine businessmen who engage in export/import transactions with Vietnam shall no longer be required to submit export/import clearances issued by the Philippine International Trading Corporation (PITC).

Please inform your exporter-and importer-clients accordingly.
