In view of the appeals of School Transport Service operators who were not able to comply with Memorandum Circular No. 2004-0036 (Re: Late Filing of Re-application of Existing Certificate of Public Convenience to Operate a School Transport Service) to extend the said Circular, the Board hereby amends and extends the same until 31 March 2005, provided that in addition to the penalty therein, the penalty of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php2,500.000) and other appropriate charges that may be assessed are imposed.

This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith, and takes effect immediately following the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the UP Law Center, pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated 09 October 1992.
