Attached is a letter dated 02 October 2000 of Atty. Alexander B. Arcilla, Director, Bureau of Import Services, DTI endorsing the copy of Joint Administrative Order No. 03 series of 2000, otherwise known as the Implementing Rules and Regulations Governing the Imposition of a Safeguard Measures under Republic Act No. 8800 - The Safeguard Measures Act, duly signed by the concerned Secretaries/Agency Heads.

Joint Administrative Order No. 03 was published at the Manila Standard last October 4, 2000.
