For its failure to fully and faithfully comply with its contractual obligations, without valid cause, for the construction of Contract Package VII, Road No. 16, Kibungan-Palina Road, Benguet Province, Highland Agriculture Development Project (HADP) and as result of which its contract was ordered rescinded (International) for works of Civil Engineering Construction and its proprietor are hereby suspended/blacklisted from entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies.

All concerned are also ordered not to release any sum of money to Magfer Construction unless and until all obligations to the government arising from the forfeiture of the above-mentioned contract is fully and finally settled as confirmed by the HADP implementing office.
