In view of the rescission of the contract of Hazel Construction with the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) for the construction of three (3) PCDG Bridges, Tago River Irrigation Project, Tago, Surigao del Sur per NIA Board of Directors' Resolution No. 5981-90, Series of 1990 the said construction firm, its proprietor and Manager, Mr. Roberto A. Dignos is hereby suspended/blacklisted in the DPWH and its line agencies from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract for a period of one (1) year effective immediately.
